Buttercream Floral Cakes That Look Too Beautiful To Eat
As we've already established earlier, when it comes to decorating desserts, the sky is the limit... From galaxy sweets to Geode sweets to Rubik's cakes - we've seen pastry chefs create it all, and Atelier Soo is no exception.
The Seoul-based pastry chef delicately sculpts edible floral bouquets that look truly too pretty to eat. With beautiful petals and exquisite arrangements, all of her creations look so much like flower bouquets, you could barely even tell they're actually buttercream cakes. Keep on scrolling to check them out and don't forget to vote for your favorites.

Finally, there's a good inside view of one cut open, the clematis design. Layer cake — no surprises, other than the color.

Holy balls these things are beautifully done. My eyes teared up scrolling through them, which is somewhat odd, but whatever. These things are works of art.
