Don't want to be the moralist here, but as beautiful as they look, and that's a fact, they also look like pure sugar. That is okay, if you eat them from time to time, but they don't look like something your teeth will thank you for. Again, they look great, but I am not sure, if it's a good idea to eat pure sugar to be honest.
Of course they're pure sugar, how else would you make them? 😁 the guy making them stated that the crystals are made from syrup
