Biscuit is a miniature horse in training to become a therapy horse! He accompanies me to many places and wherever we go our aim is to bring a lot of smiles to as many people as possible! We do petting zoos and library events, among many other activities. We are working up to becoming a registered therapy team and going to hospitals, nursing homes, and other places to provide a little animal therapy.

I got Biscuit when he was two months old and hand raised him. His mom didn’t have enough milk for him, so I took over the motherly duties for her. He is 8 months old now and growing quickly!

Wherever we go we are often stopped and we have had many pictures taken of us. Many people are shocked to see a little horse out and about! We get many questions and it is always a joy to answer them and spread awareness of therapy animals. Once they find out what we are training for, a lot of people tell us that we have done our job as we have made their day a little bit better. Did I mention he wears shoes and rides in my car?

I’m ready to go, let’s go!
