Wow, I always thought that it is impressive when a painting looks like a photo, and now I know it is also the case the other way around.

I have been on 2 different week-long camping trips to Yellowstone. Bison are HUGE beasts. A bison was in my campsite. It absolutely dwarfed my 2-man tent. I could not help but imagine what would happen if it fell on me as I slept. Best not to think about things that you can't control, though.

Beautiful kitty. Outdoor cats are the cause of population decline in multiple bird species, along with lizards and everything else they kill for practice but don't need to eat. Cats are wonderful companions, but please don't let them outdoors.

Even though she's blind, I'm loving the stank side eye she's giving to whomever is taking her picture. I just hope they got her permission to submit this photo of her into this contest.

Uh-oh, someone's in trouble. Too cute, it's almost as if you can literally see the little girl weighing out the pros and cons of her next move. Haha, looks like Mama doesn't play though so I'm guessing she went off in the direction she was told to but found some other trouble to get into along the way like most toddlers. 🙂
