Have you ever wondered what happens in the backstage of Disney movies? Andhika Muksin is back on Bored Panda to show you just that. He creates hilarious edits of Disney movies so that we can see the behind the scenes of famous scenes and how they were "actually made."

Andhika told us: "As a Disney fan since childhood, I've never stopped loving them even after I went into adulthood. But as I grow older, I start to see these childhood icons in a new light; we see things differently than when we were children. So this is basically how I come up with my ideas, bringing these childhood icons into a more of an 'adult' perspective, in a comedic way."

Andhika Muksin has been featured on Bored Panda many times. His first post was in 2017, where he photoshopped Disney characters into celebrity photos (part one and part two.) He only had 500 followers back then, and now he has almost 500k! If you wish to see his other two posts where he reimagines Disney characters in a more realistic way, click here for part one and here for part two.

The artist does all sorts of creative projects on his Instagram—from remaking movies and TV show posters, to combining celebrities to see how their children would look, to drawing his own concept art. His work is often humorous, full of pop culture references and even TikTok trends.

Andhika usually works with Disney, but other popular shows and movies also show up on his feed, like Studio Ghibli and Netflix Originals. He also enjoys photoshopping celebrity photos, red carpet events, and fashion shows.

Is Cinderella holding Prince´s "torso" with her bare feet? That´s some artistic skill!

The artist told Bored Panda: "I’ve always been into drawings for as long as I can remember. And collage art/pop art has always fascinated me. It’s like giving a different personality to pre-existing images. I guess I inherited this from my father’s side of the family. Both my father and grandfather paint, although they do it more as a hobby."

The artist also mentioned that his favorite part about art is that he loves doing it, drawing is therapeutic for him. Not only does he get better at it, art also relieves stress and calms him down.

I bet that person had to be extremely talented to be able to hold someone up like that.

Famously referred to as magic carpet, this is actually a rug, as carpet is wall-to-wall and held in place with a thin wooden plinth.

Yeah no I can't keep scrolling without saying this lol. This would never happen "behind the scenes" the green person would most likely be a platform. Very cool idea, very poorly executed. Still kudos to the artist.

Andhika is a creative lead for a digital company by day and digital content creator by night: "The different backgrounds behind these creative experiences give me insights that affect both my creative modes. Before I got to where I am now, I dabbled in many artistic endeavors: jewelry designer, painter, 8-bit style digital artist, etc."

The also mentioned that his other hobby is creating summaries of book he's read: "I know that this might sound boring to some people, but I really enjoy doing it. Again, the therapeutic part of it."

"I put all my ideas in a journal, and at times these ideas came at the most unexpected time. And then I get to the “planning” part. Some ideas are best made with illustration, some are digital collage and painting combo, etc. All these creative processes are done with Photoshop."

Andhika shared what it was like after his posts went viral on Bored Panda: "I get to connect with a lot of people. The amount of DM’s that I got multiplied! I may not be able to reply to everyone, but I check DMs on a daily basis and reply as much as I can. It’s cool to be able to talk with people from all over the world."

If her legs are green-screened, why not just let them rest in the ground?

The artist said that it took him somewhere between 2 hours to 2 days to complete these images. He shared how he comes up with ideas for his projects: "There’s no specific 'formula' for this. Sometimes I stumble upon interesting images and get an idea to 'tweak it,' or sometimes I just get this image in my head that gets 'marinated' over time, as if It was dying to be drawn."

"I’m a Disney nerd. I just love them so much. One of the things from my childhood that I’ve never outgrown. A Disney trip is always a part of my yearly travel itinerary," shared the artist when asked why he does so much of his work around Disney.

"What I have learned as an artist for the past 15 years is that the journey to find your artistic 'style' is as important as letting it all go for the sake of experimentation. Sometimes we all just need to shake things up artistically."
