A few years ago, I saw Daniel Kordan’s beautiful panoramas of the Uyuni Salt Flats in Bolivia, and knew that it was a place I had to visit. My fiancee and I have been traveling through South America for the past six months, and I planned these shots months in advance, down to the day and the hour, with the Photopills app.
I was out until about 3am that night shooting the night sky, and returned to the Salt hotel to find the doors locked… thank goodness my fiancee was up waiting for me! Needless to say, photos like this leave me completely in awe of this incredible world that we live in.
