Who are we when we feel most like ourselves?

The ANTHROPOS project is a visual exploration of individuality (anthropos is Greek for "human").

We all have a place where we feel safe, where we can be truly vulnerable. This photo series intends to examine these aspects of selfness, what visual identity means to different people, and how these fragments of representation can shape the ways we see each other, and ourselves.

This volunteer-based series lets us peer into personal parts of the human experience that we can all relate to. This ongoing project has an ever-growing portfolio of images, filled with local faces and relatable spaces from across Atlantic Canada.

Keep an eye on the project as it continues to evolve and grow over the coming months.
