Lu-Seal is a chihuahua who was abandoned when she was 9 years old, weighing 16 pounds and too fat to walk. Her new mom adopted her eight months ago and she’s been losing weight and getting healthy!

    What kind of person let's a dog get so fat that it can't walk and then abandons it? GAH, some people are so freaking mean. I'm glad Lu-Seal found a forever home that loves her and is getting her healthy again.
