Airport Staff Take Kid’s Lost ‘Hobbes’ Toy On An Epic Adventure
When flying with his stuffed tiger Hobbes (from Bill Waterson’s legendary Calvin & Hobbes comic series), 6-year-old Owen Lake left his buddy behind at Tampa International Airport before a flight to Houston. The lost tiger got to go on an awesome adventure, however, when airport staff took him to show him all the different behind-the-scenes sights at the airport.
When Owen’s family returned to Tampa, airport manager Tony D’Aiuto returned Hobbes to Owen and gave them a special gift as well – a photo album with all of Hobbes’ adventures inside!

I read a similar story somewhere, about a kid that left behind his plushie in a hotel (i think it was a giraffe), and the parents called back to ask if the staff could make it seem like it had stayed behind to enjoy a little more the holidays, and they recieved the plushie a week later with a photobook of it having a sunbath at the pool, getting a massage, playing cards with other plushies, it even got an honorary member card of the hotel's security staff :P the kid was thrilled, the parents relieved and impressed, and the staff had a really fun time building the story :D

I think this was a wonderful thing to do for a child... so considerate & kind going out of their way to make the child happy & feel special. Fantastic effort as is the one described below, which I also enjoyed reading about. (Thanks Maria :)
