Hi, My name is Kate and I’m a volunteer for Companion Pet Rescue. Rascal is one of those stories that really tugs on the heart strings. We pulled him from a municipal shelter in the south where he lived for FOUR YEARS following his surrender by horrible and seriously abusive people. He came to the shelter at one years old emaciated and physically and emotionally starving. He lived the next 4 years in the confines of a crowded and noisy shelter. He’s been with us in a loving g foster home for over 6 months, and we need some help getting him out there and finding his happy ending. Rascal is 5 years old and has never had a family of his own.
