Pizza is iconic. It's ubiquitous. But it is ill-defined, and highly debated. Must the crust be made from pizza dough? Is it pizza if there's no sauce, or barbeque sauce, or (God forbid) ranch? And what about perhaps the most controversial part, the toppings? Keep in mind, please, that when discussing these, that just because you don't like an ingredient doesn't mean it's not appropriate! Anchovies are a good example of that.

Be respectful! Just because a person likes pineapple on their pizza doesn't make them a bad person!

And if there's a Panda out there who simply doesn't like pizza of any kind, confess!

I was going to say the dough, but since I have had to switch to gluten free I have discovered there are many types of dough that still taste good and have a good texture. I tried a cauliflower base which was really good.

Where are you located? Here in the States, it's gotten much easier for those who are gluten intolerant. I'll give you a pass on this one, you've got a note from the doctor ☺️
