My boyfriend and I have been in a long distance relationship for 3 years now.

I decided to capture what it’s like to be in a long distance relationship for us through drawings. My style of illustration was inspired by British Illustrator Philippa Rice’s comic “Soppy”.

My boyfriend (Korean) and I (Croatian) spent 2 years in a long distance relationship. Now we've been living together in Seoul for over 5 years. It works if you turn your dreams into actual plans. ^_-

I am in a long distance relationship... not that long (i live in Havana and she lives in another cuban city), but transport and communication in my country aren't the best (pretty bad, actually), so we cannot do skype, 1 hour of talk costs us almost one day of work... We can, sometimes, share pictures or short videos via email, at work, though.... And as we live in the same country, we manage to meet once or twice a month...

I have just started a long distance relationship, the time base is very recent though, we only know each other for 2 months...but it feels like years. Trying to work the best way possible to master this long term relationship obstacles.

I've tried the long distance one.. It was the most miserable time in my life. We live together in his country now, have done for the last 12 years. They've been the happiest years of my life :) I do sometimes miss my own country and my my family, of course. But I love it here and we are still like newly weds. My best decision ever to move over.

This is the only one of these types of posts that I've seen which I feel really does show how it is to be in this situation. Made me smile

I had two long distance relationships and they are all failed. I can't imagine what I am loving for if nobody stands by me.
