So much of this falls into the category of "non-applicable" - the situations supposed don't exist in my world. E.g., "At the core, what keeps you moving forward?" (seriously? The words mean nothing), and the range of responses in the case of meaningful situations generally don't include what I'd do. Overall: silly.
Yes, I feel the same. Very narrow mindset of the question-setter, working backward from their pre-conceived notions, failing to realise that most people simply do not think in those terms.

No, I picked a lot of responses as "least worst option" because I have ADHD so I'm great at starting projects, getting bored, and never finishing. Procrastination is my middle name and most of my life decisions are guided by not wanting to be bored out of my mind, but also not wanting responsibility (because that means the expectation of finishing things long after they have become tediously boring). Does that sound like an achiever to you? 🤦🏻♀️
