I think they should delete the ones that are overtly photoshopped...

The whole point is that you can only post to that Subreddit if you title your image "hmmm". Like literally EVERY post has to be titled "hmmm". So Bored Panda just copied over the entries straight from Reddit. There are no "better titles" to think of, as the whole point is that they're all titled "hmmm".
