I love that she has a screwdriver in her hand. Its like either you come out mama are we are coming in :)
Both of mine were hard, just in different ways! Luckily they do get older...
I'm sorry, but i won't be having mine. Not all women can be mothers or care for somebody's kiddies. I lack of patience and even doe i loove cats, i prefer not to have them. I'm an introvert that seeks for peace and quiet. Silence it's paradise.
Great painting skills but also getting as cliché as the cure cat pics!
Pictures capture the downsides of having kids perfect - that is exactly how of is sometimes. It'd be nice though to see some of the good too. Getting sticky cuddles, reading books together, having picknicks, building cushion forts, blowing bubbles. Generally becoming a kid again yourself and enjoying playing together. Yeah being a parent is hard work and frustrating at times, but it is can also be magical and wonderful and exciting.
Cause parenthood is only miserable, awful situations that make you wish you did not have a kid in the first place. I'm quite tired of showing motherhood as a really bad experience. Regret spills over from those and it makes me sad.
Face it people who don't have kids but want them. Kids change your whole life. It is no longer yours to control. I wish more people would really take a look at what having kids means before popping them out. I think its much more of a commitment than marriage. A marriage you can leave if it gets to be too much for you to handle, but kids? Nope, that is really is for life!
I have given birth 2 months ago.. I actually feel the same! :) solidarity feels good. Thank you for making this and sharing!!
I don't have children...can someone enlighten me on what I'm not understanding about this post, because I think I got it, but apparently I don't meet the qualifications to understand it.
My thought is that this is meant to be funny, otherwise it does look like family life is all too stressful, it's not !!!
God this is boring. We have seen this a million times, you're not anything special because you spawned and now drawing those spawns.
I’m a woman, and I have to argue... you guys saying “where is the upside???” There is rarely one. You get a few moments of joy out of the hundreds of unpleasant/horrible moment. I never wanted kids, birth control failed me, and my life is ruined. Don’t have kids, it’s not what people on
I know so many guys in relationships that get pressured in to having children by their partners, yet all the women that contribute art etc on this site make it seem like having children is the worse thing in the world, I guess you just got to find the right person I suppose.
While all of these are certainly easy to relate to as a parent, these are definitely not the moments that stick out in my memories of the early years with my kids.
