Anonymous Artist ‘Wanksy’ Draws Penises On UK Potholes To Make Government Fix Them
After another cyclist friend was injured by potholes, Wanksy, a graffiti artist for some, a hooligan for others from Greater Manchester, England, decided to act. He used washable paint to draw graffiti tags shaped like penises around potholes in his neighborhood, and suddenly, they were repaired in 48 hours.
“People will drive over the same pothole and forget about it,” Wanksy said in an interview. “Suddenly you draw something amusing around it, everyone sees it, and it either gets reported or fixed.” A Bury Council spokesman disagreed: “Painting obscene graffiti around potholes will not get them repaired any quicker, but simply waste valuable time and resources, and is considered vandalism.”
Bored Panda journalists found that using the Manchester City Council website; it took five clicks, one form, one survey, and a minimum of 5 days just to get a pothole inspected. Lithuanians use a similar-but-different tactic to get their roads repaired.

The funny thing here is that the council say that drawing d***s around the pot holes doesn’t get them fixed any quicker, it’s just a waste of resources. Actually no, it’s not a waste. Clearly the council left these potholes for some time, and drawing d***s round them got them fixed in 48 hours. It’s obvious if he left them they would still be there getting bigger and bigger. The council filling these holes is what we motorists pay road tax for.

I love the butt hole one and the woman with her legs apart. Naughty, childish, but gets the job done. Love it. He should come to Portsmouth, UK. So many pot holes getting bigger by the day. Especially the A27 chichester Bypass. So big you can bury your family in them.
