very true, gratitude is so important. Before going to sleep each night try thinking of 3 things you are grateful for. Sometimes it can be as simple as I am thankful that I woke up today, I am grateful for electricity, and so on. It really can change your outlook

This is exactly what I needed for an off day like today. I hope both sides of the author’s pillow are cool and that every time they try to take a shower, the water is always the right temperature
