I love how majority of the faces have peaceful, almost happy expressions.

I feel like a lot of this is the pattern that was already on the wall. She's spent most of her time adding the eyes and mouths. My old bathroom wall had a subtle pattern to it and I could regularly pick out faces or other shapes in it (pareidolia). I was tempted to play connect the dots on it more than once.

It depends on the disability. If it's something to do with limbs or movement, it's a matter of finding a technique or modification that you can use. There have been several cases of people lacking legs that get along with it fine. In this case though, the artist has most probably retired from skateboarding because modification can take time and now makes art instead.

Well, you know - disabilities are really different. I’m disabled, even though my disabilities are neuropsychiatric by nature (autism, ADHD), so I can ride a skateboard. I’d kill myself within the fraction of a second because I’m clumsy as holy hell, but I CAN ride them. I’m not saying OP has my disabilities, I just wanted to underline that disabilities differ a whole lot from each other, OP is most likely not paraplegic or use an electric wheelchair, it’s bound to be something that can be combined with skating.

I believe he is a former skater. He is a survivor of Guillain-Barrés syndrome, and are recovering from complete paralysis. Saw some of his other work on instagram. Wow, just wow!

There are many different types of disabilities. There is, for example, ADHD, down syndrome, which are mental problems, ( no offense to anyone with those 'disorders' )sometimes severe, sometimes not, vs being paralyzed which would make it unable to skateboard if it is your legs or body.

ur too new on teh interwebz, there are vids of blind people (with the typical white sticks) doing skateboarding tricks (googls 'blind skateboarder') - I guess being blind is disabled enough to qualify

I immediately saw a lady in an embrace with a dinosaur. After looking at it for five seconds I assume it’s supposed to be the sleeve of her dress billowing but all I can see is a dinosaur. That’s why I like it; it makes it a cool and interesting piece of art.

To me it looks like a koala bear. I can see the dinosaur when I try though.
