    Ceri Menai-Davis lost his son, Hugh, to cancer. He ran the 2025 London Marathon carrying a 20kg backpack to not only demonstrate parental grief, but also because Hugh was just 20kg when he died and Ceri symbolised carrying Hugh with him. Ceri raised £50,000 for It's Never You, a charity he co-founded with his wife, to support parents with children fighting cancer. This could not be further from creepy.
