Family can be a source of comfort, but that doesn’t mean relatives are entitled to every detail of our lives. Trust takes time to build, even among siblings, and when someone repeatedly crosses personal boundaries, sharing even the smallest piece of information can start to feel like a risk.
For one 22-year-old woman, that person was her twin sister, who had repeatedly pursued the men she liked, cheated with two of her former boyfriends, and spread lies that damaged her relationships and friendships.
Now, after eight months with a new boyfriend, she fears her sister will interfere again after their parents met him unexpectedly. The woman turned to Reddit to ask how she could protect her relationship when even her own family refused to take her concerns seriously.

Maybe I didn’t catch it, but are they fraternal or identical twins? If identical, oh sh*t for the innocent twin when—not if, because you have to know the evil twin would do it—-her sister assumes her identity to ruin her reputation completely, then assume the innocent twin identity when the sh*t hits the fan.
I'd tell everyone I dated that I had a psycho twin sister with Herpes who wanted to infect as many people as she can. That she will lie and say it isn't true, but many have already been infected by her. In additions I would go no contact with the entire clan.
I'd write a very detailed letter to the parents about everything that sister had ever done and drop that g*****e into their letterbox
