Turning Tree Disks Into Art With 1 Fiery Tool

One tiny handcraft shop in the Alps of Austria (Zell am See) is the home to an ancient folk art. It’s called Pyrography or Pyrogravure. Each piece is one of a kind. The artist Pullumb Halili doesn’t only paint, he burns on real tree discs. All he uses is a hot soldering iron. Lively Portraits are his specialty. Whether it’s for a wedding, an anniversary, a pension, a birthday or a gift from you to you. It’s always an impressive surprise.
