I’m currently doing a master thesis on Visualization of root growth and here are some test shots of in vitro root growth of transformed Common chicory (Cichorium Intybus). Roots are grown in a MSR medium and primary used for research on mycorrhiza.
Photos were taken every 5 minutes using Nikon D5100 with AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G.
