People always focus so much on the kid not remembering, but the memories are just as worthwhile for the parents. They get to treasure that just for the sake of itself.

He's just 3 y.o I'm sure he will make plenty of friends when he attends school, as long as he isn't home schooled ofcourse, then that would be sad.

That is amazing. I'm nearly forty and have only been abroad once. Hope he's an exceptionally well-behaved traveler, because those flights can get very long for the other passengers.
