We often find ourselves caught up in the daily whirlwind, prioritising everything and everyone else. The conflict between the ever-rising tide of demands and distractions and the need for a bit of serenity and relaxation is familiar to all. Tim Platt, London based photographer and creator of the new iOS app Moodlapse wants to help you to tap into flower power to focus and reset – mindfully.

“Today we strive to keep up with busy schedules and never-ending streams of distractions and chatter. We search for well-being and serenity in this increasingly noisy world. As our attention span gets shorter, it is now more important than ever to become mindful of a natural world that moves at a different pace, in a different dimension”.

Tim’s mission with Moodlapse is to slow people down, if only for a few minutes. The app combines mesmerising visuals with unique binaural brain music, helping to calm the chatter of daily life, relax and unwind.

Thanks to the fully interactive interface, Moodlapse users can create their own floral mandalas while practising mindfulness of nature and its fleeting beauty.
