This Is The Most Dramatic, Interesting 2d Cartoon The World Hath Seen

My name is Duncan, and I’m the creator of boundary-crushing, critic-wowing cartoon “The Amazing Adventures of Mr Slug!”, which first debuted in 2012 and has haunted my waking dreams ever since.

Mr Slug is a cartoon like no other. In each short episode, it manages to tell a story that crosses so many boundaries, hides so many metaphors, that some thought it impossible to even create. Each episode was done with meticulous precision, all with hand-drawn digital art. I originally wanted to produce the entire thing on A3 canvas so I could capture the sheer magnitude of Mr Slug’s character, but I relented under pushback from outside forces.

Below you can watch the entire first six episodes of this grand tale. I can’t tell you you’ll be the same person after as you were before, but whoever you are on the other side, I think it’ll be someone who has grown.
