That dress is awesome. No clue where to go with bridesmaids. Pick one of the lighter colors if you don't want them to stand out, the darker if you want really bold pictures, which I think would be cool. I'd probably go with dark purple or bright yellow personally. Just pick your favorite color or have the bridesmaids vote since they will be wearing it. I really anything will work.

Flowers, I'd think some Gloriosa Daisies, Cosmos and Gerber Daisies would really pop. As for bridesmaids dresses, I'd base the colors off of your dress and their skin tones. You could do the same style for each dress in a different color from your dress to match their skin tones.
