If you are here, you probably know that celery juice is a big deal these days.

Of course, it is nothing new. Health enthusiasts and professionals have been showing and drinking the celery-juice ways for decades. There is, however, a little issue with all the information present on hundreds of videos, posts and articles.

A quick search on Google and Youtube shows a conglomerate of information directing people to make celery juice by getting rid of the pulp. They either use a juicer, a machine that extracts the pulp, or a filter, whether it’s a strainer or a coffee filter.

The issue with this method is that by getting rid of the pulp, whether it’s celery, apple or carrot juice, you are trashing fibers, proteins and nutrients that are essential to the benefits these fruits and vegetables provide.

To remove the fiber from your juices also leads to a final product, a juice that is mostly sugar and calories. Even worse, an overload of sugars and calories that will linger in your system for even longer periods of time because it lacks the action of fiber, which is to help your digestive system move and dispose of these unhealthy properties.
