I worked in an office that kept a typewriter around for when we needed to make corrections to signed forms and other documents. A young attorney asked me if I could show him how to turn it on, so I did. He sat down and then just looked at it—he couldn’t figure out how to put the paper in—and yet he somehow thought he was going to white-out some text to be replaced with other text? I took pity on him and did it for him in just a couple of minutes. Sometimes being old really pays off.

But what happens when this original person wants to find a job after graduation, while not actually knowing anything? Won't it be very obvious that they never attended uni? And the person doing this, will have a degree, but never be able to prove it/use it. That's a shame too.

Where I live Craigslist exists but isn't very popular, as most people prefer Kijiji. Kijiji is pretty normal by comparison, but there was an ad for a "male stallion" recently. Good thing they clarified that, someone looking for a female stallion might have bought him by mistake. temp1-5d7a...c-jpeg.jpg
