Take Pictures Of Strangers In The Street To Make Them Characters In A Crime Novel.
When I realized the 20 photos of the serie “Sombre Insomnie” in the middle of winter, at night, in the streets of my hometown, Montpellier, I already knew that they would be accompanied by a scenario in the spirit of the movies police in black and white, what I did not imagine at that moment is that this idea would ripen and end up making me write a crime novel.
It all started when I looked for a place to present this series. I wanted to exhibit with an original idea and decided to involve the public. Tell a story through media and social networks and allow everyone to find the killer among all the suspects presented, then come to the exhibition to discover the end of the plot.
I necessarily wrote this whole story and the idea of making a book “of art and fiction” imposed itself.
And here is a great adventure that begins!
Talk about the project, find sponsors, make sure that all elements are coordinated so that the exhibition starts at the same time as the release of the book.
