SNL Creates Sesame Street-Inspired Joker Parody, Nails All The Characters

The recent box office success, movie “Joker”, presented a sadder and darker version of the well-known cartoon supervillain. While it may seem fitting to create such a gloomy origin story for Joker, SNL decided to apply this take to something unexpected — the Sesame street. Thus creating the dark and gritty mashup of Sesame Street and The Joker that quickly went viral among fans.

The SNL takes us to the Gotham universe with a new Sesame street addition. Here, the story follows a grumpy trashman named Oscar who becomes the trash loving Grouch.
