    #20 'Impartial' means 'disinterested' as well as 'fair'. 'Disinterested' means 'not taking sides, not having a stake in the outcome' (ie, impartial), and not 'uninterested'.

    I thought the sentence gave it enough context to make 'fair' a more likely answer.

    I am sorry but these are not 27 Tricky Words to be SAT ready, this is common vocabulary used pretty much every day.
