For two years Kym Haverson has been carrying her pocket LEGO pieces because she is “always looking for potential photographic opportunities to transport the nostalgic toy figures from her childhood into her adult environment”.

The photographs depict the lives of human beings through the toy figures, named Sandra and Bernard. You see them marry, watch the sunset, exercise, have sex, go on holiday and – hopefully you’ll see their story progress, as Kym grows old.

Each photograph is captured with a quote in order to mimic human dialogue. Find out more on Kym’s website: www.kymhaverson.co.uk/photography or follow Sandra and Bernard’s adventures on Instagram @real_logo_love.
