Your biggest asset, she says, is your own imagination. Therapist Paige Sutula has noticed something shifting in her practice. People are showing up to sessions not just stressed but depleted in a way that goes deeper than a bad week. Choose the mug that makes you smile over the one that's just a mug. Buy the notebook with the cover that makes you feel something.
