I'd say all the "cons" are actually "pros" too. It's much better to know these things about each other before you get married. So you both are still free to reflect and choose whether or not you can keep on living together or if you better just split up, without all the paperwork. (Says the one who got married after almost 7 years of living together as a couple.)
