I think the medium is water color and glitters are pen..that's all...but it's lovely!

The golden drops and shading add so much to the tone of the painting. Have you ever tried painting the golden drops in the background? Having the drops in the foreground is a really cool effect, but switching it might give some extra force to the unusual one. Just a thought.
