Finnish Artist Pete Revonkorpi always wanted to be a writer and had a predilection towards Children’s Stories. He then realised that these stories are always coupled with illustration, it was time to learn. In his interview Revonkorpi says that he has a minimalist approach towards his drawings, he tries not to clutter them with what is not absolutely necessary. Maybe keeping things simple, helps kick-start the viewers imagination, to fill in the picture, imagining the rest of the world Revonkorpi starts for us.
