I don't even understand how something was in the system for that long...did the retailer forget to send the item? Because a parcel being in UPS's system for a few months would just get returned to the sender...even if it was lost, surely they must sort through lost/missing parcels every year at some point. I truly do not get people who get scammed by these dress sellers. If they're selling something that looks like it would ordinarily cost thousands of dollars for a few hundred dollars (or often even less), odds are you're not getting the product you think you are, because they likely stole the photo.
