Italian Town Of Portofino
The whole coast in Liguria is amazing. Of course the Cinque Terre are famous. And rightly so. Portofino is very pretty as well. Quite small and compact, but charming. Even though prices in restaurants are - for Italy - really high. Driving (and parking) there is at times pretty difficult, because it's so popular. We mostly visit it as a daytrip - coming from nearby Santa Margherita with the small ferry. Just a 15min ride. It's a very pretty part of Italy. The region is also famous for very good Crudo di Mare (raw seafood). Can't wait to be back in April.

Iceland View
Fell in love with Iceland when I went there last October. Amazing views, walks, sights at every corner. If you love nature, then this is one of the most impressive countries on the planet to visit. Was in Reykjavik as well, but it's the landscape that really blew my mind. Glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls, black sand, coastline, craters, mountains, coastline...it just has it all.

Bird's Eye View Of Venice
Despite being popular in high season and overrun by visitors, Venice still is one of the most charming cities I know. Visit it in October. Weather is still nice then, less people. And when it gets dark most of the daytrippers will be gone. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants just around the corner from all the popular spots. There's great food and it's fun to walk without a plan and just to get lost in the streets and alleys of Venice.
