Once I wandered if neural networks could make abstract paintings. After a few months of developing the first program was done. The first net was done and it made an interesting picture called ‘Prodigy’. I understood that making paintings via neural networks has great potential and dug into this theme deeper. Now, I have about 20 NETS authors that are able to create stunning work. Watching them is like a star gazing – you just turn on your imagination and watch. Everyone sees something different!
The collection features works that vary in subject matter though the machine learning theme remains consistent. Each piece, inspired real life objects and words, represents the network’s association of that model, thus creating artwork that is truly unique, like no other seen before.
