My Husband Created Art Inspired By “Alice In Wonderland”
During the last month of being pregnant with our second baby, I had to stay in bed for five weeks as it was a very sensitive pregnancy. As my husband, Melvene Aquende, who’s an artist, waited on me and as he was trying to relieve himself of stress, he had made these drawings in his large Moleskine using pen & ink.
Now, our baby is four months old already. And these drawings remind us of our strength and that beautiful things can come out from challenging times.
