He should tell that louder and more often and put it on all his profiles everywhere so women know to avoid that shallow idiot who'll only date them for their bodies and ditch them as soon as things go tough or they might lose their looks for whatever reason. I mean, no one in their right minds would ever date this guy. What if she has an accident? What if she gets cancer? Or something else that'll disfigure her? Getting married is gor the good times AND the bad times. If your love for your spouse only goes skin deep, you're not relationship material. At best, you are a toy to have fun... if you're pretty enough. Or pay some coin. But otherwise, you're not worth the investment that having a relationship needs.

Speaking as a widow, this s**t is all too common. Men don't take the time to grieve, to do the hard internal work, to re-create a new life without their spouse. Nope, he wants to replace one NPC with another NPC. He wants an intelligent pack mule who will cook, clean, have sex, etc. My insistence on living apart together, and keeping all finances separate works wonders to weed out all bums. Like me for me as a person, not for what I can do for you. And yes, was married twice, 25 years, happy the second time for 17 years. Just don't want to live with any man again. Love my space, peace, and quiet, would just like fun companionship. And I prefer a grown-a*s man who can take care of himself like a real adult.

SO has not once in 3 years stuck an an agreement. Every promise broken. Many times, he has lied to my face about it. Every time denies he was wrong or minimizes the issue. Then he attacks me (I am controlling, constantly berate him, I'm selfish, "on a high horse" etc). He didn't do anything wrong! This is my fault, my problem. He is the victim of my inflexibility!

We have been to counseling specifically because he breaks agreements. We've also talked A LOT about how inappropriately he responds when confronted with a wrong doing and have been working on helping him learn alternative ways to react.
This weekend was his second chance to actually stick to an agreement and apply everything we worked on (he blew the first chance, shockingly). But guess who didn't stick to the agreement?! I chewed him out and that's when the "forced apology" came. Not long after he stormed into the bedroom, took it back, and then DARVOed me.

The problem wit NiceGuys™ is not that they're insecure or whatever. The problem is that they don't see women as equals or even humans. It their minds 'females' are subhuman, less worthy than males. They truly believe, for what reason ever, that a woman is generally less intelligent, less able and their emotions less real than their own. That is why for them spending time with any woman is just a hassle they have to go through to get sex. So they think completely normal human interaction is already being nice when done to a woman. Because they don't believe that a woman deserves the same respect and consideration than a man. So if they behave normal and decent against a woman they only do so to get something. And that's also why they believe a woman just being nice is leading them on. Because that's what they do. Their whole existence is transactional. While normal people go on dates to have a good time and get to know each other they only go on dates to prepay for sex later.

Hmm I am wondering if she had a paralyzed dream. I have had a few, I have dreamt that I was yelling at my husband to help me .This happened several times. The ptsd she has from the trauma may cause very realistic dreams.
