I Created “Campaign For Colour” Series Because I Hate The Winter, The Dark And The Grey Rain
I hate the winter, the dark, the grey rain.
So when my parents suggested I create a series of paintings that I could potentially sell, rather than finding a real job, I immediately thought about creating something bright and cheerful to brighten up peoples days.
Out of my thinking, my series of abstract paintings “The Dancer” was born.
The Dancer: An exploration of vibrancy and movement; is a unique series of abstract paintings using acrylic, watercolour and tissue paper, reproduced as limited edition lithographic prints.
I am hoping to bring a warmth and sense of movement to rooms. Brighten walls, days, the world!
In order to do this I have launched a campaign on Kickstarter to sell high quality reproduction prints in various sizes and print styles including Giclée prints, which is an amazing, textured and accurate colour process at a large scale enabling me to sell my main Dancer at full size 150cm x 120cm – this will look amazing on anyone’s wall!
As you will know, with Kickstarter you need to promote your project far and wide, so I’d appreciate it if you could do the same for me, my page can be found on the link below, please share it out far and wide:
