I Turned Crazy Motherhood Moments Into Comics (34 New Pics)
66Kviews
Motherhood still amazes me and I have yet to run out of funny moments and inspiration ever since I started drawing my cartoons.
One of the best parts of my cartoon journey so far is the people I meet and the stories I hear. I am truly humbled and flattered by all the direct messages and comments from moms all over the world sharing their stories.
Some even reach out via DM to confide in me and share their struggles, as well as their darkest but also brightest moments.
There are so many different forms of moms and dads out there and I feel very grateful to be in this circle.
Take a look at my previous post on Bored Panda here.

Kjorn, you obviously don't have children. The best part about these kind of HAZMAT incidents include it spreading all the way up their back and into the sweet fluff of hair they have. It's amazing the amount of poop that can come out of an infant...it gets even "better" as they get older...
Good lord!! The guy is sitting on the sh!tter playing Candy Crush or watching video gamers on YouTube!! Every husband/dad does this (takes longer than he needs to drop a deuce) because it gains him some alone time. That's why there are memes about it!
Hilarious. Id be happy to do it, if the little €$%#^ would sit still on the potty long enough!
Can we please stop painting fathers as,useless imbeciles when it comes to,children?
Yes, kids can be jerks on planes. But kids don't know any better. There is also a large amount of adults on planes that are jerks, and they should know better
Sabrina, this is lovely. Great observations! I particularly like your pleas for more solidarity among young parents. It really is important - and to my experience there is much of it out there!
Maybe ease up on the "dad's are useless" ideas in here? Just because one mother may have a useless partner does not make all dad's bad, just like not all mothers are good at it.
Sorry this is what you got from it. I am not really 100 per cent serious about it. It is just to express an emotion and exaggerated to be used for a cartoon. (Like many other emotions and situations). If you see some of the other cartoons I do you would read about the nice things I say about dads too :). Parents are awesome, and that counts for dads too. These cartoons are more focused on women because it is my cartoon channel and that's my way of dealing with situations from my perspective. I felt quiet overwhelmed as a new mom and all of my cartoons channel those different emotions. Especially the early ones. If you go to my channel though you will see the more recent ones are a lot more positive towards men. Have a good day :).
It was not meant to insult, I know that as a new parent you can feel that you are not getting help, this is BOTH parents and often at the same time. It was more that he was shown being lazy and useless when she was flooded, but never her being so with him overwhelmed. Granted this was writtenn from your perspective, not his. I am glad to see that it isn't a true feeling, only the occasional one we all get.

I agree. Every comic does this and it's like... no, honey, no...
I know this isn't always the case, but women shouldn't expect men to know this stuff already. Some people like me don't even know this stuff too well. I think some people are secretly satisfied with self victimization by not telling to other what to do. My brother in law actually picked up quite a bit just by going to the doctor appointments. I think men can be helpful if we let them.
Women neither do know at first. And nobody has to wait until someone says what to do and how.
I dont think anyone really knows what they are doing as a new parent which is exactly what my early cartoons are about. I cant speak for all women but my time as a new mom was pretty hard and I had to deal with a lot of emotions which I just couldn't share with my husband at first. And he is very sweet and would have listened. I was just overwhelmed. I felt alone and confused a lot of times and annoyed. I didnt allow me any space to share it. I know it sounds conflicting and trust me, it was. Being a new mom can be hard. I had depression, no sleep... I guess that's reflected in those earlier new mom cartoons. Do check out my channel, the recent ones are more positive :)
It's not like women magically know everything about child care when they become mothers either...
It's ok. My husband and I learnt this stuff together, and now he and I are doing it equitably together. He really carries half of the weight. Wouldn't know what to do without him.
It has become really fashionable to hate men, be they fathers or anything else.
And the next 34 reasons why I'm not having children :)
Any reason you have is valid. I have one and I am certain I don't want more for many reasons. The circumstances of my life aren't child friendly for a new baby but I love being a mom regardless.
