These photos were taken at Point Pelee National Park in Ontario, Canada. Point Pelee is the southernmost part of Canada on the shores of Lake Erie. The latitude of Point Pelee, a 10 km sandspit is equal to the border of Northern California.It is also the same latitude as Barcelona, Spain and Rome , Italy.
The high winds, and the extreme cold have created a beautiful icy landscape. The photos that I took show just how powerful Mother Nature is.
