Just wondering what it is about millennials not wanting to accept being held accountable for bad behavior?
Example: a young woman I know went on a popular social media site and complained about her kids being cold because everyone in the utility company's service area had lost electricity due to high winds. One of her neighbors suggested that the young woman come to her house and get under blankets with them to stay warm until power was restored. Young woman claimed that her driveway was literally a sheet of ice, she couldn't get out. Literally 1 hour later, she ANNOUNCED that she was going to her mother's, because her mother has power. Her mother lives about 20-25 minutes from her home. So, she slapped her neighbor in the face- figuratively speaking, #1. The temperatures did NOT get high enough to melt the ice that she claimed completely covered the driveway, IN AN HOUR IN DECEMBER. While possible that they had salt on hand, did she send her ADOPTED kids out to put it down so she could take everyone to her mom's? It was way to cold out for ANYONE to be outside that day.
