Hello everyone! Im Squidwizard and these are my two cats: Fritatta and Ciabatta. They’re each about 4 years old. Fritatta was an abandoned stray kitten found in a gas-station parking lot when she was about 3 months old. I bought Ciabatta from an abusive shelter environment when she was about 7 months old.
Although I’ve taken a spare few good pictures of them, for some reason I cannot seem to get a good photo of either of them! I’ve given up on the usual pretty-shmetty pictures that you’d usually want, and instead I’ve embraced how awful each photo is! Comedy and photography combined, am I right?

well I think these photos are great and your cats know how to strike a pose in their own fashion
Whenever I pull out the camera to take a pic of my cats they run away or turn around so I can only get a pic of their back:))_
It is a strange item ! Ruuuun. Cats are naturally paranoid. It is ok. Just have your camera out all the time. When they get used to the look of it, they might still panic if it makes a noise. And their reactions are reallllly fast. Good luck.

My 2 senior cats Gizzy and Thori (https://www.facebook.com/Gizzy-Thori-and-Sisi-da-second-hand-kittehz-576379702467034/ - Sisi´s an angel now, but FB won´t let me change their page name anymore) ain´t really photogenic either hahaha, but they´re also cute!!! And nope, they ain´t gay, both´ve been spayed/neutered long ago, this is onjly a snapshot that I took with a borrowed digital camera in summer of 2013: 13876177_8...46a57d.jpg 
My Calico Girl would come running if she saw me take a picture of her little brother. She wanted to be in the picture too! Her little brother passed away 3 years ago and now she shies away from the camera.
I don't agree with your assessment at all! Your photos of your cats are wonderful and they look quite beautiful to me!
So they're not the 'best' photographs ever taken. Your two cats are beautiful, and I suspect you are too.
Your cats are so cute, I have rats and i can never get a good picture of them either because they only stay still when they are eating or sleeping. So I get it. I love them anyway!
Hahaha .... two years ago! Well I hope you've had more luck lately :) I was going for my daily fix of cuteness and came across this post, and it didn't disappoint. In the past year my two adorable felines died (not at the same time because that would be weird), however, when I go to find a cute picture so people can join me in my sad moment. Nothing not a single beach, sunset or yoga pose in sight - but the photos did bring a smile to my face. Thank you for keeping it real x
