Keanu Reeves Admits He’s A Lonely Guy (Update: Rep Disproves This As Fake)
At this point, it goes without saying that Keanu Reeves is a good guy. But if you still need proof to believe it, he gave the ancillary profits from The Matrix sequels to the crew which reportedly netted them over US$40 million. Keanu, however, is also a lonely guy. The 54-year-old actor admitted it in an interview with The Jakarta Post.
UPDATE: As reported by The Huffington Post, the initial source that started all of this was apparently not even real in the first place. In a firmly worded statement, Reeves’ publicist confirmed the following: “This interview did not happen. This was pieced together from several interviews and the majority of these questions were not asked nor answered. They are fabricated.“

You mean romantic love? You know, I’m the lonely guy. I don’t have anyone in my life. But if it does occur, I would respect and love the other person; hopefully, it’ll happen for me.

I don’t concern myself with it that much. I’m an actor, so in terms of what you’re asking about, I have no answer.

My days are pretty normal. Of course, there are the tourist vans, they visit everybody’s homes. I come out in the morning and get my newspaper, and you’ll see them.
Sometimes you feel like an animal in a cage. But in Los Angeles, no one cares.
There’s definitely paparazzi chasing after you, but I don’t go out much, I don’t really do anything. I’m pretty boring.

The interviewer is a moron. He says" "hopefully, it’ll happen for me.". The very next line: "You describe yourself as a lonely guy. Are you content with that? Um, I think he literally just finished saying he hopes that will change.

Agreed, the picture used is Keanu on set of John wick, it's just been taken at a bad angle. They wear those big coats to keep warm and keep food and drink from getting on their costumes.

I feel sad for him..I don't even know him(I wish)...I really hope that he can find someone special that can handle all his world(must be a hard work)...someone strong , that can keep him safe, protected and loved! I really like him a lot!

Keanu seems like one of the most genuine and decent guys in holiday. He's had a few throughly traumatic moments in his like with the stillbirth of his daughter and the death of his ex. I wish he knew how much fans care for him. I have never read one bad word about him.

I really hate articles like this, and this one particularly nags at me. The interview wasn't handled well, even if it were real. But regardless of the other source, Bored Panda's intention is in serious question here. You've taken one thing out of context and built traffic with a bunch of pictures that are years apart and chosen for their **apparent** context. This is SO manipulative, and sets Mr. Reeves up for some very creepy fan response. I'm glad that the bulk of the responses we see are supportive. (I hope that isn't because you've taken out the other ones.) But this is a very personal invasion of privacy in the most self-serving way. Your web ratings shouldn't be so important that you're willing to serve up real people on a platter like this. Be better, Pandas.
