I've found my wife of 32 years ( 34 together ) just wants me to be a PARTNER , as in WE are in this together , partners in life , if it happens to one it happens to both , bad or good ,.
i hear you on that , same with mine , WE are in this TOGETHER thick or thin , we both have our strengths and weaknesses so we plan accordingly
