New Year’s eve is soon over us and it is very important to remember that not all of us are excited about fireworks especially not our furry friends.
Here are some tips to how you can help them feel safe during this loudly night.

New Year Pet Safety Tips

Make lots of snuggle places

Maybe your furry friend will prefer a dark place to take cover from all the loud noise

Let them choose their hiding place even if it’s not their usual snuggle place

Some animals will sleep throughout the entire loud night. They simply just don’t care

It is important not to force the animal to lay with you or you maybe end up with a bad result. Let them come to you (if you are home New Year) but let them know you are there if they need you. Gentle strokes, soft voice and show you care about them.
