Ive made a Halloween art series and Quiz based on the celebrity makeup wipes I have used to make an art series called ‘The Masks They Wore’ in celebration of the Halloween season approaching and the new Joker movie in cinemas now.

I got some used makeup wipes from the dressing tables of the stars after they have wiped off their stage makeup, and have mounted them in frames as art. Its art that was only ever meant to be seen once, just to be crumpled and disguarded on the floor. If I unfurl a tossed aside Da Vinci that can no longer be recognized, is it still not of the masters hand!
I started collecting bits of interesting celebrity rubbish from the dressing rooms of the stars after they leave the building and needed some way to store them, so I started buying little sippy cups to display the stuff accompanied with a little note of what happened that night. Slowly the whole thing stated to tell a story, so I wrote a book about it with an funny audio to listen to while you read and look at the images. Its a great insight into the backstage private lives of the pop stars.
